Activites
Ms. Conti has been actively engaged in the appraisal of commercial real estate since 1987. She is a Capital District property owner and investor with extensive experience valuing a wide range of property types, including existing, proposed and redevelopments. Her appraisal portfolio includes office buildings, surgical centers, mixed use buildings, residential and commercial condominiums, apartment complexes, restaurants, retail shopping centers, parking garages, parking lots, industrial properties, vacant land, waterfront property, ground leases, subdivisions, townhouses (attached and detached), single and multi-family residences, hotels, motels, assisted living facilities, campgrounds, mobile home and RV parks, self-storage facilities, special-purpose properties, service areas, golf courses, cellular towers, easements, hydroelectric facilities, quarry’s, water treatment plants, utility corridors and properties subject to condemnation.
Ms. Conti has performed commercial real estate appraisals across multiple states, including New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, and Texas. Her client base includes banks, law firms, governmental agencies, corporations, private individuals, and numerous financial institutions.
She is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and participates in its mandatory continuing education program. Ms. Conti currently meets all continuing education requirements and maintains active certification under the Appraisal Institute’s standards.
The Appraisal Institute conducts a mandatory program of continuing education for its designated members. MAI’s who meet minimum standards of this program are awarded periodic educational certification. Ms. Conti is currently certified under the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute.
